So many people are currently discovering they have ADHD, but what is it, and why are so many people getting late diagnosed now?

Paul takes you through his journey of discovery. Everything from a sense of loss to embracing his diagnosis. He will also cover the major signifiers of ADHD, some science (not a lot!), as well as giving some words of wisdom which may help when you come across someone who is neurospicy.

DATE: Friday, 9th May 2025 – 1pm UK / 2pm CET / 8am Eastern

LOCATION: Zoom

They’ll also be optional interaction, some useful tips, as well as an opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Sign up now to join on the day or to get the recording afterwards (excluding the Q&A).

FUN FACT: I presented on this topic at a non-technical conference earlier in the year and I was surprised at the composition of the audience. As well as 30- and 40-year olds, there was a decent sprinkling of those in their 60s and older. It turns out that they wanted to understand more about ADHD: often because their family members have been diagnosed and they wanted to learn more, but equally because they had the suspicion that they themselves might also have ADHD. As it happens, my talk went down well, so if you want to share the invite with friends and family, do feel free!
