I am an ADHD life coach who helps people work with their ADHD better… to navigate and embrace the unique challenges and strengths that ADHD gives. I discuss this regularly on podcasts, talks, my blog, LinkedIn and Bluesky.
I have both lived experience and world leading, research-backed training, in how to assist ADHDers and AuDHDers – those with a combination of ADHD and Autism – unlock their own full potential, reduce frustration, and improve self-understanding.
As a bonus, I also worked in IT – problem-solving – for 15+ years, so I bring that awareness too, which can be useful to those with a similar background. That said, I work with many from outside the tech sector too.
