Looking through the lens of ADHD, autism and just plain passion, Roger Farrow MSc, MA, PGCE and myself will be sharing hints and tips on how you can better look after your own mental health.

We’ll be delving into anxiety, burnout, masking and more. They’ll be stories, explainers and interactive elements, so you’ll come out with a better understanding of how you can look after yourself and others, regardless of whether you are neurodivergent or not.
