This Privacy Statement describes Naturally Paul Ltd’s privacy practices in relation to the use of the Company’s websites and the related services offered by Naturally Paul Ltd, as well as individuals’ choices regarding use, access and correction of person.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Cloudflare

Naturally Paul Ltd uses a third-party service, Cloudflare, to help maintain the security and performance of this website. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the website.

Coach Vantage

This platform supports all aspects of the coaching journey, from initial introduction call to the coaching sessions themselves.

Fireflies.ai

This provides a range of tools to analyse and provide feedback on coaching sessions. Personally, I mainly use it to track the percentage of talking time I do as a coach.

Google Analytics

To collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Google Workspace

Certain communications, including contact requests and emails, are stored within Google Workspace.

Jetpack

This is used to help prevent spam and other malicious activities on the website.

Stripe

This is used to process payments.

WordPress.com

At Naturally Paul Ltd, we use WordPress.com’s email marketing tool for sending out blog updates.

Zoom

Video conferencing including recording coaching sessions for review later.
