At the end of last month, I took part in a podcast courtesy of Synebo. Together with Alina Dolbenska, we discuss neurodiversity in the workplace – that’s to say ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, etc. Positives, challenges, differences, and some tools/suggestions.

I’m very proud of this podcast.

We discuss what neurodiversity is and how a greater awareness can benefit your work and interactions with others, as well as tips and tools. I suspect if you are new to this topic it will be of benefit, regardless of whether you are neurodivergent or not.

Listen to the podcast here (via all your favourite platforms).

p.s. I’ve trying to to get more involved in the UK neurodiversity sector, so if you happen to have any connections please let me know or point them in my direction either via LinkedIn (please include a message, or via my contact page).

If you like this sort of content, there’s some more relatively random Salesforce-related items queued up, just Subscribe, if you haven’t done so already, to make sure you don’t miss out!
