You know how December is a calm, relaxing month? Nah, just kidding! 🎄🕎

But if you want a break from it all I have two very different offers for you, that have only been finalised this week

  • Neurodivergent Challenges: Perfectionism and Burnout
  • Have Business Analyst Skills Will Travel

For both of these non-recorded sessions with all-new material, I’ll be presenting with others this Tuesday, evening and late evening, UK time.

Option 1: Neurodivergent Challenges: Perfectionism and Burnout

7pm UK time, Tuesday, 16th December 2025. Running time: 75 minutes (approx!)

I don’t usually bring my religion to work with me, but it turns out humanity has been trying to learn lessons about how to protect our mental health for a very long time. This session is accessible to all.

How can we nourish our mental health? We’ll be delving into burnout, perfectionism and more. Using ancient and modern Jewish stories – they were writing about this at least 2500 years ago, explainers, hints and tips, you’ll come out with a better understanding of how you can look after yourself and others, regardless of whether you are neurodivergent or not.

This is very much a “preview” session, with my wonderful Glaswegian friend Ali Coy and I doing a dry-run. Think “a play read through” rather than anything more polished. The slide deck may or may not be ready, but it will still be informative, fun and leave you with food for thought.

The only other way to get this session is to come to Limmud. More details about my sessions are here.

Option 2: Have Business Analyst Skills, Will Travel

9pm UK time, Tuesday, 16th December 2025. Running time: 90 minutes (60 minutes panel discussion, followed by 30 minutes other chats and topics, approx)

Hosted by the legendary/s Vanessa Grant and Pei Mun Lin, I’ll be joining a panel discussion with the wonderful(s) Caroline Haeming and Kristyna Turner.

Our topic: Salesforce Business Analysts transitioning out of the Salesforce ecosystem. We’ll be highlighting how transferable BA skills are and show the range of career paths that open up!

At a minimum you’ll hear a little about my journey, and hear some others too. Hopefully it will help you connect with the skills you already have and the unusual places they may usefully turn up at in the future.

I write about neurodivergency matters, with a dash of inclusivity and tech. Subscribe directly to avoid missing out; you can have a nose through my back catalogue. Want even more? You can also follow me on Bluesky and/or LinkedIn.
